At Modibodi, we want you to feel confident in your purchase, which is why we offer a 60-day risk-free trial for first-time customers on selected leak-proof garments. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, items in original, unworn condition with tags attached can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all hygiene seals and tags remain intact.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
